Linktiva integrates with Google Workspace to provide enhanced functionality. When you choose to use this integration, you grant Linktiva specific permissions to access and interact with your Google account. These permissions include:

• Google Docs and Google Sheets:

  • View, edit, create, and delete your documents and spreadsheets
  • Upload and download your documents and spreadsheets
  • Organize and manage your documents and spreadsheets
  • See the names and email addresses of people you share your documents and spreadsheets with
  • Share and unshare your documents and spreadsheets

• Google Account Information:

  • Associate you with your personal information on Google
  • View your full name, profile picture, gender, and preferred languages
  • See any other information you’ve made publicly available
  • Access your primary Google Account email address

Important Notes

• Linktiva will have the same level of access to your Google Docs and Sheets as you do. Any changes made by Linktiva will be attributed to your account.
• Your documents and spreadsheets may contain sensitive information such as financial records, medical reports, or personal photos and lists.
• You can revoke Linktiva’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings.

Data Usage and Protection

We understand the sensitive nature of the data we may access through these permissions. We are committed to:

• Only accessing and using this data as necessary to provide our services
• Not sharing this data with third parties unless required by law
• Implementing robust security measures to protect your data
• Deleting this data when it’s no longer necessary for providing our services

Your Control

You have full control over the permissions you grant to Linktiva. You can:

• Choose not to use the Google Workspace integration
• Revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
• Request deletion of any data we’ve accessed through these permissions

By using our Google Workspace integration, you acknowledge that you understand these permissions and agree to grant Linktiva access as described above.
